There are several common questions we hear when assisting new customers. Since these questions present useful knowledge for any buyer, we have gathered them here.  MAC &  PC Formats:  [ Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign ].

To produce your job in the most cost-effective manner, always provide vector files of your art such as .IND .CDR .AI .PSD .PNG or .EPS files. Also include font files, to ensure a smooth setup process. We can work from .JPG .BMP .TGA .TIF and .PDF files, but they may not produce the same quality as other file types. If options are limited, ask us and we’ll help you find the best solution.

A proof is a final test before we produce your sign. It allows you to review the layout and design of your sign digitally or in print, and request any necessary changes before we physically create your job.

We ask that you approve the proof before we start processing your graphic / sign.

By reviewing your proof, you can ensure that our team handled every detail exactly how you want it. Misunderstandings and crossed signals happen in every business. This is our way of preventing errors & saving the time and money that mistakes can cost.

We currently do not offer any DTG services.
